Refund policy

At The Gilded Chapter Club, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are custom printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or simply changing your mind.

Please review the information below before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Since each product is created specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color or style

  • Buyer's remorse or changed mind

  • Accidental orders

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and color selections before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@thegildedchapterclub.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will gladly provide either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

There is no need to return the damaged item unless requested.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided during checkout, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs before the order can be sent again.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thegildedchapterclub.com. If production has not yet started, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
