All products are custom made specifically for each order.

Because our products are printed on demand, slight variations may occur, including but not limited to:

Print placement
Color appearance due to monitor settings
Minor variations resulting from the printing process

These differences are considered normal and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product images and colors as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors exactly as printed.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due in full at the time your order is placed. We accept payment methods made available through Shopify and its authorized payment providers.

5. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Suspected fraud
Pricing or inventory errors
Product availability
Violation of these Terms

If your payment has already been processed, any canceled order will receive a full refund.

6. Order Cancellations

Because our products are custom printed shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

If production has not yet begun, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your cancellation request.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

7. Shipping

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for convenience only.

While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

The Gilded Chapter Club is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather
Customs processing
Holidays
Natural disasters
Events beyond our reasonable control

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer will be responsible for any applicable reshipping costs.

Because all products are custom made to order:

Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse.
Returns are not accepted for incorrect size or color selections made during checkout.
Approved claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery and include clear photographs.
